Yuri's Night is all about celebrating space exploration, and this year we will go further "to boldly go where no man has gone before" (Cpt. James T. Kirk).
Colonising Mars, this the theme of the event which will be held at the Planetarium (Verkehrshaus) to commemorate the first man into space, Yuri Gagarin, who opened the doors of Space exploration!
Is the colonisation of Mars possible? If so, in what time horizon? What are the challenges we have to face? With short presentations and an open debate, astrophysicists, medical doctors, space engineers, biologists and many others will lead you in this journey, involving science, business and society.
Come and discover more!
